You confirm quantity and specification, and we issue a proforma invoice. A 30% deposit by bank transfer, or an irrevocable letter of credit, moves the order into production.
Your order is scheduled against our cooperative supply calendar. For anything above a single container, we confirm harvest volume before committing to your ship date.
Every batch is tested in-house against your agreed specification (moisture, FFA, melting point) before it's cleared for packing. A certificate of analysis is issued at this stage, not after.
Product is packed to your specification (25kg drums, cartons, or private label), and the container is stuffed and sealed at our Tamale facility under photographic record.
We prepare certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, and file customs clearance at Tema Port ahead of the vessel's departure.
The container sails on the agreed lane. You receive the tracking reference and full document set, including the bill of lading, before the vessel reaches port.
Full container or shared container space, sailing from Tema Port to 15+ destinations. The default for anything from a 1-tonne trial order to a full container.
Commercial air cargo out of Accra for orders that can't wait on a vessel: samples, trial quantities, or a retail restock running low. Door to door in days, not weeks.
Direct truck delivery across land borders to Togo, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Niger, and Mali, with no ocean transit, cleared at the border and on the road within days.
All export volume moves through Tema Port, Ghana's principal container terminal, so lead times and documentation stay consistent no matter where your order is headed.
Transit time depends on the lane: roughly 18–21 days to European ports, 24–28 days to the US East Coast, and 30–35 days to Asia, on top of the 25–30 day production window.
We deliver on board the vessel at Tema Port. You arrange and pay for ocean freight from there, the standard choice for buyers with an existing freight forwarder.
We arrange ocean freight (and insurance, under CIF) to your named port. A simpler option if you don't have a forwarder relationship at origin.
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% against shipping documents once the container is loaded and cleared for departure.
Irrevocable, at sight, confirmed by a bank we've worked with before. Preferred for first-time buyers ordering a full container.
